By using PawPrint Creations (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Products & Orders

All products are custom-made and printed to order based on your design. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Your Designs

You retain ownership of the designs you create. By placing an order, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce your design on the product(s) you've selected for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Prohibited Content

You may not create or submit designs that contain offensive, hateful, illegal, or copyrighted material. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates this policy without prior notice.

Service Availability

PawPrint Creations currently operates in the United States only. We make every effort to keep our services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawPrint Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
